Hoa Phat delivers containers to CMA CGM

Vietnamese container manufacturer Hoa Phat Container Production JSC has delivered 1,000 new containers to CMA CGM, all of which are 20-foot dry units equipped with bamboo flooring, according to Dynaliners.

This marks the first time Hoa Phat has supplied equipment to CMA CGM. The factory, which opened in 2023, has quickly gained traction in the market, securing orders from major players such as Hapag-Lloyd (2,000 units) and SeaCube (500 units) in 2024.

Though the orders have been relatively modest in scale, they highlight Hoa Phat’s growing role in container manufacturing and its ability to attract global carriers and leasing companies alike.
