Erik Lyrvall joins Cavotec Group Management

Cavotec has appointed Erik Lyrvall, Head of Strategy and M&A, to its Group Management team. Lyrvall joined Cavotec in autumn 2024 as Head of Strategy.

He will drive the group’s strategic direction, lead M&A activities, evaluate partnerships, and recommend initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability.

Previously, Lyrvall was Head of the Transformation Office at Intrum (2021–2024), leading strategy execution and major projects. He also worked as Jr Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, focusing on strategy and transformation.

Lyrvall holds an MSc in Finance from Stockholm School of Economics and was born in 1991.

“Under Erik’s leadership, we reviewed markets, operations, and opportunities,” said Cavotec CEO David Pagels. “His promotion strengthens our strategic execution, accelerates initiatives—especially in M&A—and supports Cavotec’s growth as a leading engineering company.”
