Ocean Alliance revises Columbus PNW service rotation
The Ocean Alliance is set to revise the port rotation of its Transpacific Columbus PNW service as part of its Day 10 product update, with changes scheduled to take effect in mid-April.
Under the revised configuration, Kaohsiung will be replaced by Kwangyang as the first port of call on the service operated by CMA CGM.
The updated rotation will include Kwangyang, Xiamen, Shenzhen (Yantian), Ningbo, Shanghai, Busan, Vancouver, Seattle and return to Kwangyang.
The Ocean Alliance, which includes CMA CGM, Cosco Shipping Lines, OOCL and Evergreen, said the adjustment is aimed at optimizing network coverage and improving service efficiency across the transpacific trade lane.
The Columbus PNW service connects key ports in Northeast Asia with major gateways on the Pacific Northwest coast of North America, supporting cargo flows between the two regions.
