ITE Investment takes over tank container specialist CS Leasing
A US transport-focused investment fund, ITE Investment, has acquired a tank container lessor, CS Leasing, betting on rising demand to move liquids in tank containers.
The San Francisco-based CS Leasing specialises in tank containers and dry freight special containers, which are used to hold irregular-shaped cargoes. The company has approximately 55,000 units deployed across four continents. The transaction was completed through ITE’s managed funds.
