ECS Group and Global GSA Group Launch Inaugural Week of Impact Initiatives
Mark your calendars for June 16-20, 2025! That’s when Impact Week kicks off, aimed at energizing ECS Group and Global GSA Group employees about engaging in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This annual event is a highlight of our charity Program, which started two years ago. It allows team members to take one paid day each month to volunteer for a charity they’re passionate about.
CSR is woven into the ethos of ECS Group and Global GSA Group. Our Charity Program, launched in January 2023, zeroes in on four vital areas: child welfare, education access, environmental sustainability, and support for those in need. We’ve partnered with a robust digital platform that connects employees to over 5,000 volunteering opportunities and 11,000 charities globally—covering an impressive range of causes. Plus, it offers numerous challenges that promote awareness around eco-amiable practices and mental health initiatives.
“In just two years since we rolled out our Charity Program, our staff has engaged in diverse volunteering efforts—from assisting with humanitarian shipments through Aviation Sans Frontières to mentoring youth on job readiness,” shares jean Ceccaldi,CEO of ECS Group. “With new faces joining us regularly at ECS Group, Impact Week serves as a way to boost awareness about our Charity Program while inspiring everyone to get involved.”
aytekin Saray from Global GSA Group adds that participation during Impact Week is entirely voluntary: “Whether it’s an hour or several days dedicated to service—coordinated with management so operations run smoothly—is up to each individual. The goal is simple: we want everyone excited about the various ways they can contribute through our platform.” Employees are also encouraged to propose new initiatives that can be added for their colleagues’ benefit.
The platform not only facilitates suggestions but also enables users to monitor their impact while keeping up with what others are doing via a live news feed filled with updates and photos—a great way to build community spirit!

“I’m thrilled that our charitable work extends beyond just us; some clients join forces too,” Jean notes enthusiastically. “For example, last year AVS teamed up with Thai vietjet Air during severe flooding in Northern Thailand—they provided essential supplies like milk benefiting over 8k families! We’re also planning collaborative projects this upcoming Impact Week alongside other airline partners.” Keep an eye on LinkedIn during this week—we’d love you all aboard as we make waves together!
