According to a recent proclamation from GetJet Aviation Holdings, Airhub Aviation has entered into a long-term commercial partnership with Airbus. this collaboration focuses on aviation asset management, leasing, and aircraft maintenance, allowing Airhub to tap into an array of Airbus engineering and upgrade services as part of its strategy to invest in midlife and end-of-life Airbus aircraft.

This agreement enables Airhub Aviation to streamline the procurement process for OEM-certified modifications. These enhancements include cutting-edge navigation systems, improved safety features, and performance upgrades that cater to cargo configurations while increasing overall aircraft adaptability. Oleg Novak, Managing Director at Airhub Aviation, emphasized the benefits: “Having a direct framework with Airbus means we can skip intermediaries. This leads to quicker execution times and reliable access to certified modifications.”

“For us as an aviation asset management firm, this is crucial for ensuring optimal lead times along with top-notch service quality.” By integrating these Airbus-designed upgrades into their operations, Airhub aims not onyl to enhance the value but also extend the lifespan of its managed assets.

“While our primary focus is on asset management and leasing,” Novak continued, “we also possess in-house expertise covering every phase of the aircraft lifecycle—from acquisition under an AOC through operational oversight all the way to end-of-life strategies.” He added that their comprehensive 360° service model allows them to provide consistent value throughout each stage—helping clients maximize aircraft longevity while minimizing downtime and maintaining market value.

This partnership with Airbus will play a pivotal role in achieving their objective of maximizing overall asset worth.

MRO Capabilities tailored for A320

A hub for aviation asset management and leasing services, Airhub specializes in component trading alongside MRO (Maintenance Repair Overhaul) solutions. The company tailors its offerings specifically for airlines and lessors by leveraging deep expertise in component management as well as supply chain logistics.

The Siauliai facility boasts base maintenance approvals specifically for the Airbus A320ceo family—including C checks along with 6Y and 12Y inspections—and provides line maintenance services even for older models like the Boeing 737 NG or legacy platforms such as the A330 or A340. Additionally, it accommodates newer models like the A320neo or A330neo.

This MRO facility can handle five narrow-body planes at onc or mix one wide-body with two narrow-bodies up until sizes comparable to an Airbus A350-1000.Furthermore, it offers substantial long-term parking options—capable of housing up to 25 narrow-body jets simultaneously—which ranks among one of the largest capacities available regionally.
