CBIC extends deadline for declaring sensitive items in marine cargo
By issuing Notification No. 40/2025-Customs (N.T.) on May 31, 2025, the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) announced an extension of the deadline for filing declarations of sensitive items under the Sea Cargo Manifest and Transshipment Regulations, 2018.
