Cosco and OOCL remove Conakry from WMAX service
Cosco Shipping Lines (CoscoSL) and OOCL have revised their West Mediterranean–West Africa (WMAX) service by removing Conakry

Cosco Shipping Lines (CoscoSL) and OOCL have revised their West Mediterranean–West Africa (WMAX) service by removing Conakry, Guinea, from the rotation, according to DynaLiners.

The updated service is now operated by two vessels of approximately 1,800 TEU each, sailing at an average frequency of 18 days.

Under the revised itinerary, the WMAX service calls at Valencia, Algeciras, Dakar, Tema, Abidjan, Dakar and returns to Valencia.

The adjustment streamlines the service’s West Africa coverage while maintaining connections between key Mediterranean hubs and major ports in the region.
