GXO appoints Karen Bomber as Chief Commercial Officer

GXO Logistics has appointed Karen Bomber as Chief Commercial Officer, effective January 26, 2026.

Bomber will report to CEO Patrick Kelleher and lead the company’s global go-to-market strategy. Her remit includes customer relationships, pricing and sales growth, with a focus on high-growth segments, verticals and geographies.

She brings more than 25 years of experience in commercial strategy and business transformation. Her background spans the energy, industrial automation and retail technology sectors. GXO said she has a strong record in building customer-focused strategies, launching new revenue streams and developing strategic partnerships.

Kelleher said the company sees significant organic growth potential. He said Bomber’s experience will support GXO’s expansion while strengthening existing customer relationships and creating new partnerships.

Bomber most recently served as Chief Commercial Officer for ABB’s Energy Industries division. She previously held senior roles in business development, marketing and product management at Honeywell, InVue Security Products and Tyco.
